Published Link in NL

Editing the field for the published link is interesting when manually publishing or editing, but it would be great to have it automatically filled when publishing using the plugin. Also, updating it when the post is published or the slug changes. Updates can be handled from the app side, using redirections headers when accesing last known URL.
