WP Plugin NextLevel-13 activation was arkward

I tried activating the WP Plugin NextLevel-13 but it was arkward because the Activate button was not clickable. Retried it several times, then I though i'd logout and login again, as soon as I did that the I saw a message to say the plugin was active without any further action on my part.
